Pattern Making
Patterns are created to match the required sizes and designs. Each product features a unique pattern, crafted with accuracy and precision.
Pre-Production Sample
Before bulk production, we create a sample and ship it to you for approval. Once approved, we proceed to the next step.
Material & Fabric Sourcing
Fabric is sourced from trusted and reliable suppliers. It is stored on racks in the fabric warehouse and inspected before being moved to the cutting department.
Cutting & Printing Process
After sourcing, the fabric is cut into panels based on the patterns. Then, depending on the client’s requirements, these panels undergo printing or embroidery.
Sewing & Quality Check
Cut panels are sewn together, bringing the design to life. Each item is carefully inspected to maintain the highest quality standards.
Packing & Delivery
Next, all items are pressed, tagged, and carefully packed. They are then securely placed in cartons and shipped via reliable delivery services.
